A Sound Of Footsteps
A story from my own home.
There were two cats in my work room, and three cats in the next room.
It happened late one night. While I was doing work at my computer, for some reason there was a sound of footsteps walking around on the ceiling.
'Again?!' I thought, and immediately went into the next room, but the three cats were cuddled up together and sleeping.
'Huh?'
There's a reason I was thinking like this. It's because once before, those cats opened the storage space above my closet by themselves, and got into the ceiling from there.
Tilting my head, I went back to my work room and sat at the computer again, but the sound still wasn't stopping... I saw abruptly that the cats in the same room as me were also following that sound with their eyes. Observing the state of affairs for a little while, I noticed a certain thing. Rather than walking, the sound I heard upon my ceiling was just like someone leaping up and landing again.
The sound vanished after a while, but as the enigma still has no explanation, I'm writing about it in this room right now...

<Coach's Opinion>
Isshi... If this is true, I think it's other small animals... It doesn't really lend itself to the possibility of a mystery, let alone an enigma... At least the factor of thinking "it's not something from this world" is scarce isn't it? Liking ghost stories is different than choosing something to be a ghost story. Now, the end!!
