The kanji for himitsu, 'secret', is usually written as 秘密 (secret + secret). But in this title Isshi uses 灮 as the second kanji. It's an obscure kanji for 'light'. The song itself is lovers' talk based on the world in The Tale of Genji, and intended to be pointlessly erotic, as said in this interview.
