Isshi's Tedium Diary
#10

Hello, how is everyone doing? I'm Isshi. something is terrible lately, the pollen is terrible! My eyes are itching, my nose is itchy, so every day is hard. However, here's some good news! We finished recording. Now all that's left is to let all our loved ones listen to it. Since it's a work we all have confidence in, please await it eagerly!
Well, this time I think I want to continue on from last time and write about "Gucci" again. As everyone knows, Gucci is a breed of dog called a Papillon. The fur coat on these Papillon dogs is long all over their body, he'll boast a beautiful fur coat if I diligently brush him, but Gucci's fur is so long that when we go for a walk it drags along the ground. So our manager said "Next time let's take Gucci to a beauty salon together!" but we never had the opportunity to go together so I went alone. There was a pet beauty salon in the neighborhood, but since it was our first attempt I didn't know what would be good so I left the decision of the cut to them. So I left Gucci in their custody, and went to a nearby book store, thinking I'd waste my time away in the area. I looked at various books while paying attention to the time, and 1 hour passed in the blink of an eye. 'Is it time?' I thought, and went back to the beauty salon again. When I arrived at the beauty salon, it seemed they were already done, so the Trimmer said "I'll bring him out now okay?" and went into the shop interior. Finally, the Confrontation. The Gucci that the Trimmer was holding had gotten somewhat of a full cut. The fur that was long was now pretty short and neat. It was a considerably manlier Gucci who was brought out to me, and after I gazed at him for a little while, I understood. "Ah, it's tidier so he'll more easily go potty!" The day after his hair was cut, our manager who saw Gucci was surprised at his change of appearance, and said just one thing while drooping her shoulders: "Gucchan won't enter a dog show anymore..." I thought I'd just raise Gucci even more carefully, without apology. One and a half years have passed since Gucci was born into this world. To match that in human years, I haven't changed as much in that time, but today I'm thinking I want him to be my son forever.
Well, let's meet again next time. Yours truly.
