How was it?
Isshi's maiden work that became his final work, "Onkai"...
The manuscript of this book was a column on the mobile site "Shin Mimibukuro" posted serially from March 2010. In the stages of collecting that manuscript, I made my own revisions as Coach. Those of you who are interested in the original text, by all means please come and visit the mobile site "Shin Mimibukuro."
Well, I'll say that publishing a book in his own name was his dream from the time he was a child. In fact, it changed unawares into a dream of wanting to collaborate with his Coach. For me, anyway, when you want to produce a book you first have to write, and finish writing, and the stories start after that. I can't say more about it. So, he earnestly wrote this much. For my turn, I believe I came along after it was written as 100-Tales. That is to say, the final writing is 65-Tales. Because of this, it's the final writing which cannot be properly read as it is... Hence, everything I'm informing him couldn't be said that I was teaching him. They're simply the brief comments of a truly useless Coach... that being said, each of the stories have <Coach's Comment> added to them. (If they were all the same it would be boring so I messed around with the titles a bit but...)
I think I can read it strictly on one hand, but on the other hand I was thinking I have the sense that it's just Isshi, so I'm very grateful. The revisions, rather than revising them as ghost stories, I couldn't get rid of the Isshi-ness... In order for my comments to explain and not tear anything down, they have the appearance of being addressed to Isshi...
As a result, I intended to put it all together as a book containing our usual ghost stories. I think the merits or demerits of the occurrences will differ depending on the readers, but while these are situational stories, it's enough for me if only I brought him great joy. They're limited to this book, so I think that's a good thing. I'm certain that he wrote for his readers. All I did was help a little with that wish of his. For this reason, I think that's a good thing.
Congratulations, Isshi, on your first publication.
Now, your dream has come true.
On May 14, Isshi Day.
