Hello everyone, how are you doing? I'm Isshi of Kagrra. Finally, we've decided on Kagrra's first oneman tour! And the final will be at ON AIR WEST. All of the members are putting in our fighting spirit more and more today. Everyone please come play with us for sure ok!
Today I want to tell a story about my pet cat "Maro" and our strange meeting.
It was summer of two years ago when I met Maro. That day, I had just finished at rehearsal, and while I was on the way home with Izumi, for some reason I said to Izumi "let's go home by a different road." And since kind Izumi then said "okay." without any complaint, we turned to walk home. It was a road we've never taken before, so as we were walking while looking around restlessly at the new scenery, the two of us got lost despite walking around in our neighborhood. What were we to do...? With that presence of mind, out of nowhere I heard a kitten's crying voice. "Did you hear a cat crying just now?" I asked Izumi, and since he said "Eh, I can't hear it," Did I mishear? I thought, and started walking again. But, as you'd expect it was on my mind and I retraced my steps, saying "Come look." When I deeply and attentively searched my surroundings, I noticed a small cardboard box. When I turned over that cardboard box, there was an obviously exhausted kitten cowering there. Since I couldn't leave him alone, I wrapped that kitten in the towel I was carrying, and brought him back to my house. Although I had to bring him since he was pretty weak, I didn't know what I'd do, so first of all I took him to the dog and cat hospital and said "He's really in bad condition isn't he?" to the vet.
"Ahh, we'll admit him and take a look at his condition," he said, so I gave him into the custody of the hospital.
The next day I got a call from the hospital, "He's recovered considerably, so please come take him," the vet said, and so I went to the hospital. Then, as I expected, there was the kitten crying "mya~mya~" from inside a cardboard box.I suddenly thought about it lately, but was Maro calling out to us at that time? That's what I think. He only has a fragment of his cuteness from that time, but I wanted to raise him forever along with his older brother cat 'Ototarou'. Since they're now being taken care of at my parents' house I can't see them easily, but occasionally Mother will get them to talk for me on the phone. I wanna meet them soon...

P.S. If you're asking why "Maro", it's because he had the pattern to go with that name.* But he became an ordinary tabby cat before I knew it. (laughs)
