Felt Cherry Blossoms


I add my thoughts
to the disordered, fluttering flower petals
along with my despair
for you whom I can't love again

My heart, dyed pale
turns the seasons around
You whom I can't love again,
I'll make you bloom eternally

The wind mingles with my sighs
and the sound of melted water flows

I wonder when I'll reach
the age-old capital
that I saw in my dreams
If I clasp my hands together
and shut my eyes
I'll float to the sky

I speed up my thoughts

Sparsely dressed lives
Though they fall, the sakura are beautiful

are far out of my reach
The past is but a splash out there

Where is the melody I can't hear?
Thoughts I won't part with
have disappeared...
