Slug
That person suddenly visited at dusk on Sunday.

Outside was showing unfortunate signs of rain, and although it was a long-awaited day off, F threw himself down on the sofa and drank beer while talking to himself. Noticing a steady knocking blended in with the sound of rainfall, he shifted his attention to the entranceway. If he looked closely, he could see something like the figure of a person beyond the frosted glass.

"Who is that on such a day?" he wondered, putting the aluminum can in his right hand on the table. He drew closer softly so he wouldn't make a sound, and just as he thought, someone seemed to be knocking on the front door.
'How troublesome if it's someone collecting money for newspapers or something... they might leave in a little while if I ignore them,' F thought, but without even the slightest movement, that figure kept systematically knocking on the door.
Reluctantly, F turned back to the door with a sigh. "Here. Who's this?" he called out. Then that figure, without answering, dropped its fist that had been knocking up until that moment and now put its fingers on the door handle as if to open it.

'What a strange situation...' thought F, and he carefully stepped up onto the shoe rack in the entranceway, so he could try looking outside through the fixed-fit glass window above.

"What the hell is this..."
Having seen the figure outside, F reflexively put his hand to his mouth and was at a loss for words. He wes wearing dripping-wet Western style clothes and from the neck down was like any regular human man, but the main part of the head was a strange earthy colour and there was something like horns expanding and contracting. What was more surprising was that those parts of the face were wriggling around freely.
"This isn't a human... No, it doesn't seem like it's even something from this world..." F was frozen with indescribable terror, but in his head he was frantically thinking of how he could evade this situation. And meanwhile, the front door was rattling with the sound of knocking. As it was F was trembling, and couldn't understand what was happening for a long time, then he said "If you're here like this now there's no other way. Alright!!" And, resolved himself to open up the front door.

F unlocked the door and forcefully threw it open, but he was let down by the state of affairs that he had expected. When he had looked outside through the upper glass window, the person he saw wasn't a shadow or a figure but something even more strange. Now the rain that had been falling seemed to be over, and the ground was drying too...
"What... what in the world..?"

F let out a deep breath of relief and slowly looked towards his feet. There, a little slug was creeping along... He hurried back to the kitchen, and I needn't write what he had in his hand...
