Onkai Isshi Mimibukuro

Isshi

He was a rock vocalist. On June 3rd, 2000, Kagrra formed. With a total concept of Japanese aesthetics ("Wa") from the visual to the sound, they commenced activities with a Neo Japanesque style. Along with a unique sound coupled with the texture of "Wa," and characteristic melody line interwoven with aesthetic words, Kagrra gathered fans from a broad age range.
On March 3rd, 2011, the band's activity met its demise at Shibuya C.C.Lemon Hall with "Shuuen~sakura maichiru ano oka de~". Afterward, Isshi began independently as a free solo artist. From the beginning he worked hard on the album "Kureha," which also became his last.
Revering his friend Kihara Hirokatsu as a "Coach," they appeared together at Shinjuku Loft Plus One in July, for ghost stories and live talks called "Isshi Mimibukuro." On July 18th of 2011, he suddenly passed away. He was 32 years old.
